NFL Burning Question Volume One Nick Gaschler Today I open up a brand new series. I will publish this every Friday. Here are a few burning questions I’ve come up with as well as others I’ve asked what questions they have. If you have any burning, unanswered questions about the NFL feel free to leave a comment down below. Q: Is Jameis Winston A Franchise Quarterback? A: It’s tough to figure out. After a great rookie and sophomore campaign that held promise for Tampa Bay, he sort of fell off and was even benched in favor of Ryan Fitzpatrick. My answer is that if he isn’t right now, it’s Tampa’s job to make him a franchise guy. Dirk Koetter and he clearly don’t have the best relationship so get rid of the coach. A player like Winston can’t be replaced as easily as a coach like Dirk Koetter. Winston does have the ability to be a great player but will need to bounce back this season or risk being a bust. Q: How much time does Andy Reid have left in KC? A: Possi

2019 NFL Mock Draft Nick Gaschler And now we get to the next stage. The 2019 NFL Draft is a year away, but that doesn’t mean coverage and projections starts 9 months from now. Here I give my first 2019 NFL Mock Draft. The order is determined based on my schedule projections for each team during the 2018 NFL Season. Enjoy! 1. Miami Dolphins-Drew Lock-QB-Mizzou If the Tannehill experiment flops this year, the ‘Fins will be at the top of the board. In this case in a 3-way battle   for the top QB, Mizzou’s Drew Lock wins over Justin Herbert and Jarrett Stidham. I believe Lock can be a good talent in the NFL and definitely make a difference. 2. Cincinnati Bengals-Justin Herbert-QB-Oregon Andy Dalton’s mediocre run comes to an end as the Bengals select the exciting PAC-12 QB with incredible measurables and a huge arm. Herbert has extreme potential and he could be a very elite talent for the Cincinnati Bengals. 3. Cleveland Browns-Nick Bosa-DE-Ohio State T

What is Deshaun Watson's True Potential? Nick Gaschler Today I take a true look at one of the league’s best quarterbacks right now-Deshaun Watson. The former Clemson standout was drafted to the Houston Texans 12th overall after a rocky Junior campaign at Clemson. After Tom Savage got benched in the Week One openin g loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, Watson came in and performed well. In a Week Two TNF showdown with the Bengals, Watson showed his first true flash of potential. In Week Three, the Texans fell to the New England Patriots, but Watson almost had Tom Brady’s number in the showdown. This is when most everyone in the NFL realized Deshaun Watson was legit. Watson continued to impress ending his next 3 games 2-1 before the bye week. After the bye week, Watson and company traveled to Seattle and almost had the mighty Seahawks number just barely losing by 3 points. However, during practice Watson tore his ACL and missed the rest of the season. The Texans
