2019 NFL Mock Draft

2019 NFL Mock Draft Nick Gaschler And now we get to the next stage. The 2019 NFL Draft is a year away, but that doesn’t mean coverage and projections starts 9 months from now. Here I give my first 2019 NFL Mock Draft. The order is determined based on my schedule projections for each team during the 2018 NFL Season. Enjoy! 1. Miami Dolphins-Shea Patterson-QB-Michigan If the Tannehill experiment flops this year, the ‘Fins will be at the top of the board. In this case in a 3-way battle for the top QB, Michigan’s Patterson wins over Drew Lock and Jarrett Stidham. I believe Shea can be an electric piece to Miami’s offense and make them a lot better. 2. Cincinnati Bengals-Drew Lock-QB-Mizzou Andy Dalton’s mediocre run comes to an end as the Bengals select the exciting SEC QB that could end up going very high in the Draft. Lock can finally help fulfill AJ Green and the rest of the offenses destiny in Cincinnati and make them a team to be afraid of soon. 3. Cle

2018 NFl Draft Winner and Losers

2018 NFL Draft Winners and Losers Nick Gaschler Every year, we have teams that nail the draft and teams that well...fail the draft as well as players and prospects. Here is my explanation as to who I think won and who I think lost in the Draft after 3 days of absolute craziness. Enjoy and get ready for 2019! Winners New York Giants Getting Saquon Barkley, Will Hernandez, and Lorenzo Carter in the first two days was ingenious by Dave Gettleman. This is exactly what the Giants needed to become an elite football club now they need to plan for the future with a new quarter...wait they got Kyle Lauletta to develop so why would they get a new QB in the future? See, an easy winner this year. All 5 1st Round QB’s I think all five of the Quarterbacks selected in the first round went to a good spot for them. Baker is the only guy who can change Cleveland. Darnold seems to fit in New York really well, Josh Allen and his arm can develop and become a big-time threat i

Post Draft Grades for Each Day Two Pick Nick Gaschler After the trade-heavy 2nd and 3rd Rounds of the Draft, I grade each pick and analyze how they will do in the NFL with that team. 33. Cleveland Browns-Austin Corbett-OT-Nevada It was a big reach in my opinion and should have them selecting a tackle next year. Grade: C 34. New York Giants-Will Hernandez-OG-UTEP One of my favorite picks here. Hernandez is a great talent and will be a good player. Grade: A 35. Cleveland Browns-Nick Chubb-RB-Georgia Not my favorite RB, but he could be like Jim Brown in Cleveland and that’s what I like about it. Grade: B 36. Indianapolis Colts-Darius Leonard-LB-South Carolina State More of a 3rd Round prospect in my mind, but still a pick that will make an impact. Grade: B- 37. Indianapolis Colts-Braden Smith-OG-Auburn The idea of having two high caliber guards on one offensive line is insane. Great pick. Grade: A 38. Tampa Bay Buccaneers-Ronald Jones II-RB-USC A
